My past work has proven invaluable. I do my best work within the context of a team to create exciting new person-friendly engagement.
Throughout my career as a UX Designer, I have enjoyed getting to the core of how data is represented. How is it shown to make sense? Bite-sized pieces of information that have to do with flight tracking, especially those with maps that are clear and concise, grab my interest the most. I am very excited about bringing what I know to drive new thinking.
Results need to be based on putting yourself in the space of the user, time and time again asking open-ended questions. The goal is direct results. The one topic at the top of my mind would have to be an ongoing connection with flying and any process in the system that commercially defines it. Learning UX has provided me with the most valuable way to go about improving those systems. Before getting in and playing with a design, I first set a common goal, then, place importance on context.
My strong speaking skills have enabled me to effectively collaborate with product teams, work towards a seamless handoff of technical work, and deliver short presentations on common goals. With my research skills, having a close understanding of front-end technologies lets me monitor the gap that may come about from design through development. I lock in the overall construction of a successful design.
I am sure I can adapt to different contexts. My background makes me an ideal candidate for any UX Designer role. I am always looking for opportunities to discuss my skill set.

I get to know my team. I ask them questions. on everything from thinking games to whiteboard challenges. In starting a project, the conflict of new ideas can often be the basis for a joint effort.
Lessons we learn as a project team are measured carefully as they are the common thread that makes it onto the product. The goal is to use a method where alignment, not a lopsided journey, is on display.
Design
It's refreshing to get to start from the back of the napkin, sketching and creating. What if it is not necessary to work the same way every time? It may be outside of the norm, but riding the path with no training wheels is part of the design cycle.
Attempting to think like someone else will never be 100% right, yet there is a chance to get effectively close. I draw and use computers to draw what real people would use, sometimes a close second to actual data is used which gives feedback on goals and behaviors.
Refine
Critical to the insurance policy that is UX, is to recalibrate on more than one sprint, iteration. just as there is never one single production deployment, Continuous iteration means not just aiming towards building the correctly functioning thing - but hedging against building the wrong thing.
What is crucial is building with real people , putting stake on the human side of working together towards a design, and asking enough of the right questions to be successful.
